Payout & Eligibility Policy

Draft — pending legal review. This policy is not final. The country rules, minimum amounts, self-billing treatment and wording below are placeholders to be confirmed by our advisers before launch.

This Payout & Eligibility Policy (the "Policy") forms part of the ClipRaise Terms of Service and explains who can be paid, how, and on what conditions. 9TOMARKETING LTD may update this Policy from time to time; the current version always applies.

1. Who can be paid

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to receive payment for services in your country.
  • You confirm that you are not located in, resident in, or acting for a person in, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargo, and that you are not a person or entity on any applicable sanctions list.
  • You confirm that the information you give us — legal name, country, address and tax status — is accurate and kept up to date.
  • We screen recipients against applicable sanctions and watchlists. We do not perform identity verification (such as passport or selfie checks) unless it is required by law or by a payment provider.

2. Payout methods & country availability

  • Bank transfer is currently the available payout method. We may also offer PayPal.
  • Crypto (USDC) is planned but not yet available, and we cannot give a timeline. In exceptional cases we may arrange a crypto payout against an invoice with full identity verification on an individual basis.
  • Available methods depend on your country and on our payment providers. In some countries crypto is not available and only bank transfer / PayPal apply.
  • Payouts to certain countries are not available, or require a manual review before they can be paid. Which countries these are follows applicable sanctions and our provider coverage, and may change.

3. Balance, verification & minimums

  • You accrue a balance from your approved, verified earnings. A submission only becomes payable once its views are verified and it meets the campaign's billable-view rules.
  • A minimum balance is required before you can withdraw. The minimum can vary by country/corridor because of transfer fees.
  • Your balance is an accrued amount owed for accepted services; it is not a stored-value account, deposit or e-money, and it does not earn interest.

4. Invoicing & self-billing

  • So that you do not have to issue your own invoice, we prepare the billing document for each payout.
  • If you are VAT-registered (business): you agree that 9TOMARKETING LTD may issue invoices in your name for the amounts we owe you (self-billing). You agree to accept those invoices and to tell us promptly if your VAT status changes.
  • If you are a private / non-taxable individual: we record the payment on our own settlement voucher rather than a VAT self-billing invoice.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the tax status you declare.

5. Taxes

  • You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due on your earnings in your country.
  • We may be required to collect certain information and to report payments to tax authorities under applicable law; where that applies, you agree to provide the information needed.

6. Withholding, delay & recovery

  • We may withhold, delay, reverse or recover a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, view manipulation, a breach of the Terms, a sanctions or legal concern, or where a submission is still under review or audit.
  • We may ask you for additional information or documentation before paying, and may decline a payout if it cannot be made compliantly.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy, including the list of eligible countries and payout methods, to reflect changes in law, sanctions or our providers. The version in force at the time of your withdrawal applies.
